알록(Aalok)은 스마트 카트리지 스킨케어 디바이스 SkinMax를 만드는 K-뷰티 테크 브랜드입니다. 지금 미국 시장 확장을 본격화하며, TikTok Shop·Amazon 채널을 처음부터 세팅하고 키워낼 담당자를 찾습니다.
Aalok is a K-beauty tech brand behind SkinMax, a smart cartridge skincare device. As we scale in the US, we're looking for someone to build and grow our TikTok Shop and Amazon channels from the ground up.

· US Amazon 운영 (리스팅, 광고, FBA 재고·주문 관리)
· 크리에이터·어필리에이트 프로그램 운영 (발굴·협상·관리)
· 제품 시딩 운영 및 우수 콘텐츠 유료 광고 확대
· 채널 데이터 분석 및 성과 리포트
· Run the US TikTok Shop (Seller Center, Shop Ads, GMV Max)
· Manage the US Amazon channel (listings, ads, FBA inventory/orders)
· Build and manage the creator/affiliate program (recruiting, negotiating, managing)
· Run seeding programs and amplify top content through paid ads
· Analyze channel data and report on performance
· 미국 TikTok Shop 셀러 계정 운영 실무 경험
· 크리에이터 소싱·커미션 협상 경험
· 미국 Amazon 운영 경험 (리스팅·광고·FBA 중 해당)
· 한국 취업 가능한 체류자격 (또는 비자 지원 대상)
· 대한민국 내 취업 가능한 체류자격 보유자 (또는 비자 발급 지원 대상자)
· Native-level English communication
· Hands-on experience running a US TikTok Shop seller account
· Experience sourcing creators and negotiating commissions
· US Amazon experience (listings, ads, or FBA)
· Valid work eligibility in Korea (or eligible for visa sponsorship)
